We are a team, combining professionals and knowledgeable locals with experienced Sri Lanka savvy ex pats. We have been working quietly in the Galle area for over five years gaining clients only through word of mouth and personal recommendations.

Our office is located at No.6, Pedlar street, Fort, Galle.

What we Do

We provide a bridge for foreign buyers, guiding our clients safely around the potential pitfalls of investing in real estate in Sri Lanka. We work hard to identify land and property suitable for the ex-pat, villa, Hotel, leisure and investment markets.
