We work with two kinds of rental. Short term holiday lets for anything up to month and longer term leases for people who need to establish a base here.
You can browse our web site for samples of either type and our terms and conditions can also be found under the rental tab. Feel free to make an enquiry if you see anything you are interested in.
In both cases our rates are standard for the industry in Sri Lanka. For Holiday rentals the fees are paid by the landlord but for longer term rentals we look for a commission of one months rent p.a. from both parties. For longer term rentals there is also a charge for the contract.
Unsurprisingly rental rates for longer term contracts tend to be significantly lower than for short term holiday rentals.
Increasing demand since the end of the war mean it is now a good idea to book well in advance.
